I'm concerened about security; how safe is your remote access?
It's very safe.  Our remote access server is with Cisco, a very big name in the technology world.  It is housed in a secure data center facility, and is a secure connection to your system or network.  

How can I be sure of the person working on my system or network?
ISC screens every employee with thorough background checks, drug screens, and careful interview processes.  Every single time an ISC engineer accesses a clients system, the entire session is recorded and later archived.  If there was ever any question about what went on during a remote access session, we can retrieve it and play it back.

Does my computer or server need to be connected to the internet for you to gain access?

Yes.  During our monthly maintenance service, laptops specifically need to be left on and connected to the internet for us to gain access

Has anyone ever hacked into an ISC network or system?
No.  In  over 5 years of being in business, ISC has a 0% breech record.  We've never been hacked while working on a system. and have never had a system, or network, we built hacked into.

What is involved in the managed services?
Our managed services offering is a method of managing networks completely.  Through manages services, ISC becomes your outsourced IT support & consultant.  Our remote monitoring allows us to see issues within your network before it becomes a conflict.  24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ISC manages and monitors your network, end users, and 3rd party peripheral equipment.

The Monthly PM Service, how does it work?

Once a month (specified on your contract) during a maintenance window of 11pm - 5am, we remote into our clients systems and networks and run routine diagnostics.  We install any operating system updates or third party software updates such as Java or Adobe.  We run a virus scan on your system with whatever  anti-virus software you have.  We also set a system restore point, as well as backup any data if you have backup in place.  We check for registry errors, clean out the cache and keep your system running at it's optimal performance.

What is the benefit outside of the maintenance window?

Outside of the normal monthly PM window, we still have continuous access to your system, as long as you are connected to the internet.  So if something does happen, it's as easy as simply calling our tech support line, and we can be in your system within minutes.  You don't have to go anywhere, and we don't have to come to you.  Because of this, ISC is usually more cost efficient than other small IT support companies who charge for trip times as well as hourly rates.

Does it matter how far or close we are to the Atlanta, GA area?
Not at all!  ISC currently supports business and residentaial clients in Pennsylvania, Nebraska, Georgia, Tennessee, New Jersey, Texas, Mississippi and Oregon.

What makes ISC different from other IT Service & Support, or Computer System Support Companies?
