We've been there......

Here at ISC, all of our staff have experienced the same typical level of customer support as everyone else.  We've been pushed off to someone in another country who knows nothing about the system in front of us.  We've been given the "I don't know" answer and left to figured it out.  We've been there.

Everything is changing.  Every day new devices and applications hit the market place.  It's almost impossible to keep up with all of it.  How are we supposed to know what the best systems or network configuration is for us?  How can a company prepare for the next generation of technological advances if they don't even know what's coming?  How can they keep up with the demands of technology and still focus on the core of their business?
